TALENTS OF THE WORLD CHRISTMAS BALL

In celebration of the holiday season, this performance includes opera and operetta, ballroom dancing as well as Christmas favorite songs and a special guest appearance by soprano, Aprile Millo, recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award, The Verdi d'Oro. Maria Maksakova sang the aria Lady Macbeth sings at the banquet; it was not listed on the program but her voice was just right for Verdi as it was for Dvorak's "Song to the Moon" from Rusalka. The audience loved her spirited "Russian Gypsy Romances".
